We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position(s):
Home Health Occupational Therapist

Job Description:
  •  As a home health Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will be to assess patients’ condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and mobility/function review, evaluate strength while setting goals to improve these areas, report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed, and provide supervision and competency checks for COTAs as appropriate.
Job Requirements: 
  • Must be 18 years or older and have successfully completed at least a FL-approved master’s OTR degree program from an industry-accredited institution; Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.  Current FL State OTR license is required.

Job Type: Per diem, W-2
